The guest speaker will be long-time EP resident, Steven Hain, discussing his good friend, Bart Lynch, who resided in the beautiful home on the southeast corner of State and Lemon Streets. Bart’s family emigrated to the US during the Irish Potato Famine. He was born in 1876, and was honored in 1965 as the oldest living alumnus of Millersville State Normal School. He was also a former president of the Lancaster Board of Realtors, and was a friend of Haydn Zug and his wife. Steve has a lot of interesting stories to share, so please join them Monday evening…all EPHS meetings are free, open to the public, and are very informal…feel free to ask questions and participate in the program!!! For more info, visit EPHS Facebook page, website www.eastpetehistory.org , or call Lynn at 717-664-3808. Don’t forget, the Wolf House will be open to visitors next Saturday, April 6th, from 9:00 am until noon.
