You can report a street light outage to PPL by calling 1-800-342-5775, or by calling the borough office.

To report street light outage: Call PPL at: 1-800-DIAL-PPL (1-800-342-5775)

Be prepared to give the following information:

• Location of streetlight (street and nearest intersection)
• Numbers on the pole. These numbers are on metal strips on the pole itself.   There are 2 series of 5-digit numbers, both are needed, and one will begin with S.  Sometimes they are silver, sometimes other colors. (See example)

Or, if you prefer to call the Borough office to report the street light outage, you MUST provide us with

the same information as you would be providing PPL.
