The East Petersburg Historical Society will be kicking off 2018 with their first program on Monday, March 5th, at 7 p.m. in the Community Center on Pine Street. Rick Brouse will be speaking on “A Collier’s Life and the Craft (Art) of Making Charcoal”. Rick has been part of the Hopewell Furnace charcoal-making program for 19 years, so this should be a very informative discussion.
